"Upped my rate without knowledge. I caught it before my payment was taken. Sent my agent, rich Scott a text telling him that it needed to be fixed before taking payment so I didn’t overdraft my account and if it couldn’t be fixed then cancel the policy. They went ahead and took out the new amount and overdrafted my account. Finally got them to cancel the policy a month later. Still waiting on my refund that won’t even be the full amount."
"I am sorry that you had this type of experience. Based on your initial coverages that you bought on the State Farm web site there were additional forms that needed to be signed approving those coverages. We reached out to you 3 times in different manners. Because the forms were never received by our office, State Farm had to apply the additional coverages per state law which caused a premium increase.
